I absolutely love the ring I got for my fiancé and she loves it too. And the customer service was spectacular. Eidel was on vacation, and not knowing that, I requested to have the ring expedited to get here to propose on our anniversary. She let me know that it was going to be a couple weeks, because she was out of town and I knew that I was at fault for planning poorly. But then she pulled it off! I don’t know how she did it, but the ring was air mailed the next day and arrived just in time for me to propose on our special day. The proposal was perfect!! ❤️ Thank you Eidel!!
