I bought both my engagement ring and wedding band from EidelPrecious. I loved the idea of a ring with a sapphire rather than a diamond. However, I now wish that I purchased my rings in-person, because the rings appear much different in-person than in the photos posted online. The pictures I uploaded include the Etsy listing photos on the left and the rings in-person on the right. As you can see, the sapphire in the engagement ring is much darker than advertised. It appears black / has very little clarity and I’m not able to see the bright blue color depicted in the photos under any lighting conditions. The wedding band has many small misshapen fragments instead of circular stones. I reached out to Eidel to ask for an exchange because what I received was so different from what was pictured, but she refused.

Beautiful ring and fast delivery, but I asked for a size 7.25 and I think it's actually a bit less than 7 on my ring sizer. Not terrible, but a tiny bit snug. I still love it though. Thank you!
